A. YouDoCoupons is great new website that allows local businesses to offer coupons to local customers over the internet. We make it convenient to quickly offer coupons to customers who can then find them easily and print. YouDoCoupons let's businesses get coupons to customers simply and effectively.

It's easy for businesses to post their coupons on the website.
And customers will love how simple it is to find the coupons and print them.

Example: Let's say you are a local restaurant and you want to offer $2.00 off an entrée.
All you have to do is sign up on the site (it takes 5 minutes and it's FREE!) and create your coupon (it's really easy!).

Then local customers do a simple search of their zip code OR city and the business and the coupon will appear. Customers place the coupon in their cart, hit PRINT and they have the coupon for dining at your restaurant that night! Customers can save coupons in their cart and easily find them for use when needed.

One great feature is that business owners can change their offers to meet business needs at a moment's notice! They easily control everything about the content of the coupon –offers, expiration dates – and any changes are reflected on the site instantly. And the business owner decides which coupons are active or inactive. YouDoCoupons puts you in complete control!

B. Getting your business on the site is Easy! Just click "Get Started Now" on the home page.
We've made it really simple for you. Just 3 steps!
Click "Get Started Now" on the home page and the rest is easy!
Step 1 – enter your business info and create a user name,
Step 2 - make up a coupon, (the coupon creates right on the screen as you type)
Step 3 – you're done!
You will be on the site in about 5 minutes.
Click the Help link at the top of each page if you need more details.

Remember – you are always in control of your coupons. You control the content, the expiration date and you decide when and if the coupon can be seen by customers.

C. NOTE: You can have all your locations on the site but at this time multiple locations for your business will have be entered separately. Separate user profiles and email addresses are needed for each location. We are updating our site soon and ask you bear with us.

D. Coupon Manager
The Coupon Manager page is your home base whenever you login. On this page you have all the tools to easily manage your coupons and everything you have posted on the site.

IMPORTANT - The first thing to do is print out your window sign and let your customers know you are on the site. Just click the blue burst on the Coupon Manager page. You can post this in your store window and at your register. The site works best when people know they can find you.

The Coupon Manager page lets you can see a Coupon List of all the coupons you have posted on the site and activate or deactivate them as you see fit by checking the boxes in the "Active" column. Notice there are links in the Coupon List that let you preview your coupons and edit coupons.
Using the 4 green buttons, you can create new coupons, you can add your logo and your business description, you can see your business page and edit your address, phone etc. and you can preview your business page. And, the Coupon Tracker lets you see the effectiveness of the coupons by tracking how many times they have been viewed and printed.

E. EXPIRATION DATES - We believe coupon expiration dates should give customers enough time to use the coupon. Let your coupons run for some time if you can. Once a coupon is in a customer's cart or printed out, it can be used until the expiration date you originally set for that coupon. You can change the expiration date of any coupon at any time, BUT changing an expiration date will not change coupons that are already printed or in a customer's cart.

F. Login with your user name and password. You will be taken to your Coupon Manager page. From there just click the blue burst to show the window sign and print. It is important to let customers know they can find you on the website.

G. Login with your user name and password. You will be taken to your Coupon Manager page. Click the green button that says "Create New Coupon". Remember- all the functions you need to manage and create coupons can be found on the Coupon Manger page. You will automatically be taken there whenever you login.

H. Businesses can have four active coupons at any one time. You are welcome to create more coupons which you can activate into your business page as you deactivate other coupons. Just so long as there are only four active at any one time.

I. You will need to have your logo on your computer in a graphic file. You probably have the file in one of the standard formats already - JPG, TIFF, PNG, etc. -- and we can accept them. Just hit the "Browse" button and find the file on your computer. (It's easy to find your files when you have them on the desktop.) Then open the file and it will be placed on your business page. NOTE: while we have tried to accommodate most graphic files, some files will not be useable (unless you can convert to a useable format.) But don't worry. You can still offer your coupons even if your logo is not showing. You can also reach us with any problems by email to info@youdocoupons.com

J. Simply write anything you want to say about your business, your product, your service, how many years you have been in business, etc. You can change this writing anytime. Example: you are having a sale that you want to promote. Put it in the business description. This can act as a bulletin board for your business.

K. Get started on the home page under "Customers" on the left side. Type in your zip code OR your city. Click "Show Me Coupons!" and you will get to the "Search Results" page, a listing of all the businesses near you. Click the category you want and the businesses will come up.

The businesses and the coupons come up in a list so it's easy to see the main offer of the coupons. Click "add to cart" to add any coupons you want to your cart. They are saved there.
(Note that the cart is sorted alphabetically by category and you can choose what you want to print in the cart)
At the bottom of the cart box click "print coupons" and in a few seconds you will see the coupons on your screen ready to print. Hit "ctrl + P" on your keyboard or the printer icon at the top of the page and you are done!

Hint – While you are on the search results page, you can also click "show the coupons – map it" and the coupons will show up on the business page. (Clicking the business name in the list will do the same thing.)

L. Easy! On the "Search Results" page, just hit "add to cart" for any coupons you want.
The cart will store coupons you have added. Hint- Anytime you go to the website homepage you will see on the left side the number of coupons in your cart and a way to show or hide the cart.
Show the cart to see and print the coupons you want.

M. Of course. Any place with a computer and a printer is a place where you can get local coupons from our website.
Example: You are on vacation in New York City and you want to know what businesses or restaurants might be offering coupons near you. On the Home page, just enter New York City OR the zip code if you know it and all business with coupons will come up on the screen. Hit the category you want and off you go!
